Garibaldi is the handsome brother to Helios and Teddy from the Mythos litter ! He's co owned with Alison Brendel DVM of Tangaloor Silkens . Garibaldi's a well educated pup, having been awarded the youngest Canine Good Citizen Title ( CGC ) in the breed at just under 6 months of age !

Garibaldi is a talkative intellectual, and often expounds lyrically upon the many fun and interesting areas and situations Alison has brought him to. He's happy to narrate to her every passing thought he's having as she's taking him through agility, or out to dinner at the local Thai restaurant.

This handsome raconteur started on his show career at the Silken Windhound Nationals in 08, garnering a prestigeous Reseve Winners Dog award! On his second show outing, at a Rarities show, he picked up two three point majors. At his third show outing at an ISWS Specialty show hosted by NCA, he was winners dog! And in July 2009 his second Rarities/NAKC outing resulted in a secons Specialty win and his Rarities NAKC Ch! Making him ISWS and Rarities/NAKC Int Ch Talisman's Star of Taranis CGC!

Winning multiple Best of Breeds at the Portland NAKC show in 2009 , Garibaldi wound up being the top ranked NAKC Silken Windhound of 2009!
