Anthias is an elegant, gentle, sensitive girl from the Aquatic litter. She's fast, funny, and rowdy with her canine pals, and a ladylike cuddler at home, but she prefers gentle introductions to new acquaintances. Her hobbies include TV watching and conducting a running commentary on canine-relevant events on the screen, playing with water, as befits a girl from the Aquatic litter, expertly sneaky counter surfing, and wrestling her sister Ivy.

Anthias has had a short but eventful show career thusfar, having won best puppy in show awards, and at her second ICKC day in 2011, she repeatedly won best bred-by bitch, and took winners bitch at the ISWS Specialty for a five point major, and also won another WB for another 5 pt major!

In the summer of 2011, Anthias showed at ICKC again, winning two of three best of breed awards, two best of group awards, and finishing her ISWS and ICKC Ch's with a RESERVE BEST IN SHOW! She finished her ISWS and ICKC titles with solid 4 and 5 pt majors for every win.

Growing up running offleash at the beach and cliffs, and hills around the Bay Area has had many benifits for this little girl, Anthias is incredibly sure footed even in fairly harrowing terrain. We had to convince her that dancing on the deck furniture was unbecoming for a lady of her standing, and that she would get even better treats if she did not try to find them herself on the kitchen counters.
